We are looking for a 2nd Chef to join our restaurant and prepare delicious meals for our customers.
Duties required for the position (2nd chef)
» Cooking a variety of dishes on and off the menu from fresh and raw ingredients, have creative input in designing and creating dishes on and off the menu;
» Train, manage, supervise and guide junior members of the team according to head chef’s development policy;
» Ensure the highest standard of dishes served to customers;
» Resource management and control according to head chef's policies;
» Assist the head chef in managing the operations of the kitchen and manage the operation when head chef absent.
» Good cooking skills
» Training and supervisory experience
» Atleast 3 years of NVO Level 3 experience in a similar roje- Good cooking skills
